VOPA

Voice of Peace for All in the Horn of Africa (VOPA) is a non-profit organisation with over fifteen years of experience in peacebuilding and conflict management. Registered in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Somalia, VOPA operates in the Mandera Triangle and has been instrumental in facilitating peace dialogues, mediating conflicts, and promoting social reconciliation. The organisation has successfully implemented several initiatives, including cross-border peacebuilding, countering violent extremism, and addressing gender-based violence. Under BORESHA-NABAD, VOPA will continue to strengthen linkages between communities and local authorities in the borderland areas, especially in the Mubarak-Banisa Corridor, to achieve lasting peace in the region.
